Real Futures is a majority Aboriginal-owned and staffed company. We provide tailored employment services, Community Development Program (CDP), Transition to Work (TtW), Disability Employment Services (DES) across Australia and Careers Guidance Services to Adult residents of NSW.

A day in the life of our Program Manager can include, but are not limited to the following:
- Ensure the successful delivery of the Transition to Work program on behalf of Real Futures in the Geraldton region
- Manage a team of Career Development Specialist across the Geraldton region
- Induct and train new staff on the Transition to Work Program
- Set and Monitor staff KPI’s, conduct monthly reviews to ensure program KPI’s are met
- Monitor and report on progress towards Departmental KPI’s and ensure Real Futures successfully meets performance targets
- Respond to feedback and complaints from stakeholders
- Liaise with Departmental account managers as required in relation to the program
- Ensure Real Futures Delivers on its Service offer Commitments for Transition to Work
- Manage program budget to ensure ongoing program viability
- Work with Career Development Specialist to develop and deliver programs and workshops on site to Young People
- Develop relationships with local community service providers, state government, secondary schools to promote the program and engage potential participants
- Participate in local community, employment and networking events and forums to promote the Transition to Work program, and build a network of local support services and employers to maximise successful outcomes for young people
- Ensure that our local youth hub provides a safe and welcoming environment for young people,
- Attend local career expos and networking events
- Set up and manage a local advisory group to discuss strategies to support young people in the Geraldton region and address local issues
- Work with other providers delivering local jobs programs, PaTH internships to collaborate on activities and programs
Essential
You will be an experienced and detail focused administration professional, along with:
- Demonstrated ability to Work in an outcome-based environment toward high performance results
- High level Administration Skills and attention to detail
- Well-developed problem-solving skills
- Demonstrated ability to be flexible, multi-task and work well under pressure
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, and presentation skills
- Well-developed computer literacy
- Exceptional organisational skills abilities to manage competing priorities.
- Understanding of Aboriginal & Torres Strait Islander people, people with a Disability, people from CALD background and the issues they face
- Ability to maintain a high degree of confidentiality
- Ability to comply with Real Futures’ code of conduct, company policies and procedures and uphold the organisations values in all interactions
- Ability to Work within a team and autonomously

To be considered you must...
- Have full working rights in Australia
- Have a current driver’s licence and a comprehensively insured vehicle
- Complete an Australia History Criminal Check
- Have a current Working with Children Check or willing to obtain a Working with Children Check before employment
- Ability to Work Monday to Friday - 8:30am to 5:00pm
