Transition To Work (Youth) Employment Consultant

Global Skills is currently recruiting for an Employment Consultant for our Transition to Work (Youth) Program. Our consultants act as the primary contact point for young job seekers (aged 16-24) being serviced by our organisation.  

Global Skills supports candidates looking to enter the Employment Services Industry for the first time and welcomes applications from both experienced and non-experienced candidates.

Successful candidates for these roles will:

• Share our commitment to providing the highest standard of customer service
• Have a passion for helping others and making a difference
• Have experience in Employment Services or a related field
• Possess exceptional communication skills and an ability to build rapport
• Possess good administrative and computer skills 
• Have an understanding of the local labour market, career and training opportunities 
• Be willing to provide a satisfactory Criminal Record Check, Working with Children Check and other checks as deemed necessary
• Be eligible to Work in Australia
• Be expected to comply with all Information Security and Privacy requirements
• Have current drivers licence and vehicle
