As a Trainer - Transnational at BHI, you will be at the forefront of delivering high-quality education to our Overseas Extended Campus students.
Your primary responsibilities include planning and conducting engaging teaching sessions across various courses such as Logistics, Marketing and Communications, Leadership and Management, EAL, Pharmaceutical Manufacturing, and Engineering Technology.
In this role, you will collaborate with industry partners, education service providers, and overseas stakeholders to ensure that our students not only succeed academically but also gain the necessary skills for their chosen fields.
Your commitment to compliance will play a vital role in meeting BHIs educational standards. This position requires adaptability, creativity, and a passion for enhancing the learning experience for our diverse student population.
Key Responsibilities/Outcomes:
- Delivering engaging teaching sessions in BHI offshore campuses.
- Developing and implementing high-quality teaching materials.
- Aligning teaching practices with industry and employer needs.
- Implementing continuous improvement processes, including validations.
- Facilitating student employability and supporting further study transitions.
- Creating a conducive learning environment for student success.
- Building brand awareness through active participation in marketing events.
About You:
We are seeking a dynamic individual with a strong background in adult education and a passion for transnational education. The ideal candidate possesses:
Qualifications:
- Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40122) or TAE40116 or TAE40110 with required TAE upgrade credentials.
- Vocational competencies at diploma level or higher.
- Current industry skills relevant to training and assessment.
- Relevant professional development.
Expertise:
- Experience in program planning, training, assessing and knowledge transfer to International offshore students.
- Demonstrated teaching experience in subject topics such as Logistics, Marketing and Communications, Leadership and Management, Business skills, EAL English, Pharmaceutical Manufacturing, or Engineering Technology.
- Ability to develop compliant accredited course materials and use student management systems effectively.
- Effective communication, interpersonal, and coordination skills in a diverse cultural environment.
- Appreciation of administrative requirements and experience with electronic administration systems.
- Proficiency in using and learning management systems (e.g., Moodle).
- Ability to design and deliver both engaging course materials and manage challenging topics in an international setting
- Identify and resolve issues within the classroom, motivate students, and optimise learning outcomes.
- High awareness and responsiveness to diverse backgrounds and emotional contexts.
- Proven adaptability to changing circumstances and the ability to work independently.
