As the RTO Trainer & Project Coordinatoryou will support the design and delivery of TLC’s specialised training programs and nationally recognised traineeships.
To succeed in this part-time (30 hours per week) role based in the south-east Melbourne, you will have a strong interest in areas of medication, dementia, health and aged care.
You will also demonstrate strength in collaboration and exposure within a Registered Training Organisation, education or training environment.
What you’ll be doing
- Generate, implement and review detailed training plans
- Collaborate with stakeholders on contemporary training strategies
- Champion legislation and compliance to new and existing employees
- Deliver world-class training programs and subsequent assessments
- Mentor and develop other Trainers and Assessors on best practice

What you’ll need
- TAE40116 / TAE40122 qualification
- At least 5 years’ experience in Aged Care
- Division 1 Registered Nurse
- Up-to-date COVID-19 vaccinations (3 doses)
- 2024 influenza vaccination
- NDIS Check (includes Police Clearance)
- Working with Children Check
- Eligibility to work in Australia
