Your New Opportunity:
We are seeking a passionate and customer focused individual to join us as our next Transport Allocator at our Alexandria Site. If this is you, keep reading!
Be a part of an ever-changing environment, where you will play a pivot role in building on the contractual relationships for the organisation.
This role will see you working varying start times at 6:00 am and 9:00 am (flexibility will be considered to support your lifestyle).
Responsibilities will include but not limited to:
- Scheduling trucks (direct employees and sub-contractors) for various jobs in a dynamic environment
- Providing a professional and effective service to customers, contractors and internal stakeholders;
- Supporting our compliance team with ensuring adherence to NHVR Regulations and COR regulations;
- Ensuring contractor driver and company information is updated and maintained;
- Use of various systems;
- Assisting in the onboarding of new contractors
About you:
- Experience in fleet allocation or scheduling (preferably within the transport, civil construction or Earthmoving Industry);
- Fatigue Management experience (preferable)
- Work collaboratively in a small close knit team;
- Ability to prioritize effectively;
- Able to work an occasional Saturday
