We have an exciting opportunity for a Transport Analyst to join our team in Supply Chain. You will support the business by extracting, interpreting, reporting and applying data to influence transport and equipment related outcomes. You will manage system information, and reconciliations for transport and equipment related systems. A variety of internal systems are used for effective transport capability.
As the Transport Analyst you will:

• Responsible for tracking and reporting of transport and equipment related activity
• Deliver communications in a timely and effective manner across both written and oral communication
• Engage in critical path management to ensure tracking & reporting requirements are delivered based on agreed timelines
• Design/review and implement methods to gather and manage supply chain data, including the development of business-critical supply chain reporting and analytics
• Produce solutions to problems that can be implemented and facilitates problem solving by connecting relevant people and skills to important problems
• Be responsible for review and reconciliation of transport related invoices

We are looking for someone who can drive stakeholder engagement and communication delivered through strong analytical and problem solving skills in an effective manner which will enable decision making and risk management across the business.
To be successful in this role you will have:

• Demonstrated experience in applying analytical skills for favourable business outcomes
• Experience in liaising effectively with internal stakeholders and explaining data
• Prior experience in a transport logistics environment (or similar)
• Strong experience in data analysis and reporting, especially with MS Excel related systems
• 3-5 years experience in a similar role with efficient and accurate data management
