- Promote and implement sustainable transportation practices to minimise environmental impact.
- Diploma or Advanced Diploma or higher.
- Minimum of 2 years in a managerial role within the transportation or logistics industry, with a proven track record of success in managing operations, budgets, and personnel.
- Deep understanding of transportation regulations, logistics processes, and supply chain management principles.
- Strong leadership abilities with experience in leading and motivating a diverse team.
Ability to make strategic decisions and drive operational excellence.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
- Proficient in identifying challenges, analysing data, and developing effective solutions to improve efficiency and service quality.
- Familiarity with transportation management systems (TMS), fleet management software, and other relevant technology solutions.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, adapt to changing circumstances, and manage multiple priorities effectively.
