  • Opportunity to work school hours! Permanent part time role (60 hours per fortnight) to join our Transport Services Team in Cobar.

About the Team

LiveBetter Transport provides safe and affordable transport for the frail aged, people with a disability and the transport disadvantaged (those with limited access to private transport and difficulty in accessing conventional transport). Our range of transport services includes community transport, commercial contracts, and school and health transport. 

About the Role

As a Transport Liaison Officer (TLO) you schedule drivers, vehicles and routes by working with staff, drivers and volunteers to ensure outstanding customer service. You’ll also drive clients so they can get to personal, community and social activities. 

Some key accountabilities of the role include:

  • Schedule transport services to match the needs of our clients and carers. 
  • Provide cheerful and efficient customer service in the office and on the road. 
  • Support the team to deliver safe, affordable and efficient transport services to local communities. 
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with community groups and your client base. 
  • Use our Transport Management Systems to track and report on transport activities.

Driving is required in this role so a current Australian driver’s licence and the ability to travel when required are a must for this role.
