About the Opportunity
We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Warehouse Liaison Officer to join the commercial team, ALM on a 12-month fixed term contract. This role will be responsible to increase external and internal customer satisfaction by being a central point of contact in providing information on deliveries and complaint resolution efficiently. The Warehouse Liaison Officer will provide accurate and responsive service coverage, enquiries, issues, claims and orders within designated SLA's.
This role will be a conduit between the Huntingwood warehouse and ALM business resolving all matters related to Logistical claims and issues.
In this Role
- Proactively managing individual claims from notification to closure, investing the necessary level of involvement required for each claim depending on the category, type and quantum of the claim.
- Accurately input all orders (both supplier and customers) ensuring optimum service levels
- Answering all inbound call types in accordance with the Customer Service Quality Assurance Program.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders/customers to optimize service and sales opportunities ensuring a total supply solution for your customers
- Maintaining accurate customer records and updating customer delivery details for the TMS roll out
- Resolving all conflict to achieve a "Win Win" solution by balancing the needs of the customer and the needs of the business.
- Creating outstanding and enduring customer value by assessing each individual customer's circumstances.
- Perform administration tasks and other duties as required.
You're Likely a Match If
- Excellent ability to analyze information and make appropriate decisions and suggestions.
- Knowledge of MS Office applications from basic to intermediate level.
- Ability to effectively interact with employees at all levels of the organization and work with people from diverse backgrounds.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organization/time management skills.
- Ability to adhere to all organizational policies and procedures.
