Qualifications & experience
- Must have experience using Property ME
- Must be able to slip directly into role with minimal or no training and have the ability to work autonomously.
Tasks & responsibilities
- Position available now.
- Flexible working days.
- Three days a week (one day admin in-office and 2 days routine inspections)
- Min 12 months residential property management experience a must.
- Leasing inspections and tenancy applications. Co-ordinating repairs and maintenance.
- Liaise with owners, tenants, contractors and external suppliers by email and phone.
- Scheduling and carrying out routine inspections.
- Ingoing and outgoing condition reports.
- Front desk phone and admin duties two Saturday's every month.
