Our client is an Australian owned business with locations and manufacturing facilities throughout Australia (Queensland, NSW, Victoria) with the head office located at Greenacre. They are looking to hire a Transport Administrator for their new state of the art facility. They are a nationwide leader in the Food Manufacturing industry.
You will provide administrative support in the day-to-day administration activities including general admin support, manifesting, data input, debriefing and planning.
Job Responsibilities
- Debriefing inbound paperwork.
- Manifesting outbound paperwork.
- Fatigue Management Certification and checks.
- DC bookings.
- Freight bookings.
- Support greater Warehouse & Transport Operations.
Candidate Requirements
- 2+ years experience as a transport administrator.
- Be able to prioritise high volume of work and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Have excellent time management skills.
- Have exceptional planning and organisational skills.
- Have a positive attitude with the willingness to learn.
- Be a team player.
