Travel & Accommodation Coordinator

The Utilities business are the preferred contractor on two of the largest energy infrastructure projects within the Australian energy sector, one of these projects is located in Queensland and the other in New South Wales. These two exciting opportunities secure a pipeline of work until 2027 and include the design & construction of new transmission lines and substations.
Hunter Power Project is the construction of a 660MW Power Station comprising of two heavy-duty open cycle gas turbines. Located in the in the Hunter Valley region of New South Wales, 35 km west of Newcastle.
UGL's utilities business undertakes essential design & construction services for critical infrastructure in the power and water sectors. Our end-to-end delivery ranges from transmission lines, switchyards, substations, electrical distribution through to water and wastewater treatment plants and water pipelines.
The Opportunity:
This exciting project has commenced, and we are currently looking for an experienced Travel & Accommodation Coordinator to join the team based in Loxton, NSW.
We are seeking to appoint an experienced Coordinator to manage the overall booking of all travel and accommodation and requirements.
Providing efficient and good quality accommodation and meals to our employees is a very high priority as it is a key requirement to achieving a happy and productive workplace when our employees are working away from home.
Reporting to the HR / IR Manager the Travel & Accommodation Coordinator will have the following key responsibilities.

• Ensure efficient management administration procedures with respect to managing bookings, room allocations and dealing with any resident concerns.
• Managing Travel booking and transport for FIFO workers.
• Ensure that appropriate procedures are maintained for reporting and dealing with any maintenance issues.
• Ensure the kitchen facilities meet or exceeded health and hygiene regulations and standards.
• In conjunction with camp service provider ensure that rosters and work activities to ensure that all camp and messing activities are carried efficiently and to a high standard.

We are looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual who has a background in camp management or construction industry experience managing high volume travel and accommodation requirements.
