We are seeking candidates who share our passion for Travel and want to embark on a career path of Travel and Cruise Consultant. As a new to travel employee you will receive intensive training both in-branch and at our dedicated training facility at Head Office, in addition to on-the-job experience and support from highly experienced travel professionals
Roles and Responsibilities include:
- Delivering exceptional customer service.
- Meeting sales targets.
- Administration tasks (including file maintenance and reporting), achieved in an accurate and timely manner.
- Participate in (individual and team) PHT and supplier promotional events.
- Professional written and verbal communication.
- A commitment to ongoing training
About you. Ideally you will:
- Be passionate about customer service and travel
- Thrive on working in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment

- Display a high attention to detail
- Come with a customer service or sales background
- Have travelled before
