- Assisting Corporate Travellers with their travel insurance claims
- Reviewing and processing claims
- Coordinating with insurance providers
- Communicating with both travellers and their employers
- Ensuring they receive necessary support and guidance through the process
- Proficient computer and organizational skills.
- Minimum 2 years experience in managing Corporate Travel claims.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong organisation skills
- Motivated with the ability to work in a team/independently.
- Driven to achieve results and customer focused
- Knowledge on Microsoft Excel & Word
