THE ROLE

Our Travel Consultants are responsible for the end-to-end sale and service of travel bookings for guests and travel agents, with a focus on exceptional customer service. In line with our bespoke journeys, our service is recognised by our guests as industry leading. This role works across Captain's Choice, Botanica and Antarctica Flights.
Specifics for the role include:
- Be the contact point for sales and service enquiries
- Provide exceptional service, across all guest interactions
- Develop and maintain effective and efficient work processes and procedures
- Effectively communicate with internal and external staff
- Establish and maintain a continual review of guest touch points

ABOUT YOU
As an experienced consultant, you will bring the following to the role:
- Experience in a telephone sales environment
- Ability to work in a fast paced and changing environment
- Previous travel industry experience preferred but not required
- Working knowledge of a GDS preferred but not required
- Proficient and confident with computer systems and programs
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- High quality attention to detail
- A positive and enthusiastic approach
