Full time Leisure Travel Consultant roles available with multiple opportunities at different organisations!
3 separate roles available - 2 fully office based and 1 role available in a hybrid working environment.
The perfect candidate will have passion for the Travel and Tourism industry and is willing to go the extra mile for their clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Consultation: Engage with clients to understand their travel preferences, interests, and budget.
- Booking Arrangements: Make reservations for flights, hotels, cruises, car rentals, and other travel services.
- Destination Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with travel trends, visa requirements, and safety advisories for various destinations.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional service throughout the travel planning process and during clients' trips.
- Sales and Promotion: Promote travel packages, special deals, and loyalty programs to expand our clientele.
Qualifications:
- Excellent Communication Skills: Ability to listen actively, communicate clearly, and build strong client relationships.
- Attention to Detail: Organised and meticulous when planning travel arrangements.
- Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with travel booking systems, airline policies, and hotel options.
- Sales Acumen: Comfortable with sales techniques to upsell and cross-sell travel services.
- Experience: 1+ years' experience minimum required. The more experience, the better!
The Package:
- Monday to Friday - no more weekends!
- 60K - 75K + Super.
- Full time opportunities available.
- Potential for WFH Hybrid arrangement for the right candidate!
