Form of workOur client, an award-winning Travel Business, is looking for an experienced Product Leader / General Manager to join their dynamic team.
Responsibilities:
- Report to the CEO manage, motivate and guide a team of Product Managers & Product Executives responsible for both Domestic and International product campaigns
- Liaise with suppliers to source products, negotiate contracts and manage a network of preferred suppliers
- Partner with internal marketing teams to develop promotional materials
- Represent the brand at trade shows and industry events
- Develop and manage relationships to achieve financial goals and generate support of and success for the Wholesale Division
- Execute an annual brochure production plan to ensure the best possible range is delivered to meet business objectives
Requirements:
- Solid Travel Industry and wholesale travel experience with a minimum of 5 years in a product management position, ideally in international travel with a worldwide portfolio
- Proven leadership experience in a travel business is essential
- Ability to travel (interstate and international)
Package:
- Flexible depending on experience $120,000 - $150,000 + super + Travel Industry perks
- Full-time, permanent position
