The Role
Provide leadership, motivation, direction and training ensuring all work associated with the trayline and ware-wash is of the highest quality standard for patients, visitors and staff, assuring the service operates efficiently and effectively within the standards, guidelines and procedures.

- Actively supervise the preparation, plating and cleaning of the areas under your control at the production centre, ensuring a high standard of food and personal hygiene is achieved in accordance with the relevant legislation, codes of practice, and the Food Safety Program.
- Monitor, motivate and support all staff in the production centre, including training in relation to the food platting, packaging, ware-wash, food safety, WH&S and dietary guidelines.
- Provide alternative approaches to resolve operational issues by implementing contingency plans for relief staff, rearranging work allocations as required in the absence of the Operations Manager.
Cambridge Production Centre
- The position is weekend work working every Saturday and Sunday at Cambridge production centre 8am - 4pm
- Work collaboratively with another Supervisor and diverse team.
- Maintain Food Safety and codes of practice applicable to the service.
Details of Appointment
Permanent, part time shift-worker position, working 32 hours per fortnight, commencing as soon as possible.

Salary
$71,661 - $77,455 pro rata per annum + our Employer 11% superannuation contribution is on top of this amount.
You’ll have access to salary package a range of benefits including living expenses up to $9,010 + $2,650 in meal entertainment each FBT year + other benefits if eligible.
Salary range is in accordance with Public Sector Unions Wages Agreement 2022

- Certificate III in Hospitality or relevant qualification and experience.
