SchemeWise Pty Ltd works across NDIS, Aged Care and Rehab sectors and is expanding into Albury, NSW. This is an exciting opportunity with a well-respected, specialist provider offering a diversity of work.
SchemeWise is a professional service and rehabilitation business. All our people work from home, travelling to our customers or providing office-based assessment and teleservice appointments (as necessary). You will manage a caseload of customers - developing and delivering individual exercise prescription and/or group classes. Personal accountability toward completing work on time to meet requirements and quality outcomes, is a must have attribute. This role may particularly suit AEP/AES interested in neurological (e.g. stroke, parkinsons) and/or mental health conditions as applied to exercise sciences.
To work with SchemeWise you will:

- 3yrs+ experience working with Community/Rehabilitation/Hospital sectors
- Hold appropriate clearances and qualifications (Bachelor or higher)
- Have good English, written word capability and be client-focused
- Be experienced with exercise scripting / reporting /assessments across the life span (adults only)
- Be proficient with standard office & computer applications and technology literate
- Enjoy working with a dispersed but friendly and fun team
You will transition into this role over a short period of time, with a flexible start offered. This is a contract position for 12 months, with further extension possible on basis of performance or option to convert to permanent after the initial term.

You must have experience scripting for and writing aged care, rehabilitation and/or NDIS reports. Previous experience developing science-based exercise programs is favourably considered. This is a new foundational role where you can showcase your impact and skills. It provides complementary functions to physiotherapy and OT roles.
Work Schedule Requirements
- You will work from home/office, travelling to customers generally (e.g. home or gym). Some assessments will be office-based to confirm customer suitability, safety and manage individual risks.
- You will work a set number of agreed hours (weekly) in standard business times, however indirect activities (e.g. report writing) can be undertaken at other times so long as deadlines are met.
- Participate in supervision practices, training and/or team events.
- Work at least 21 hours each week (minimum 16 hours during 9am-5pm).
- A minimum three months probation applies to this role.
You must have:
- full and accredited membership with ESSA (AEP, AES certified)
- relevant work clearances (NDIS, WWVP) or able to get
- National Police Check (or able to get)
- a reliable car with full insurance + unencumbered drivers licence
- a recent computer/laptop, etc
- a smartphone (Android 12+ or iOS 15+) with data plan
- a reliable broadband connection (12Mbps minimum)
- own professional liability and indemnity insurance (or able to get)
- 3+ years minimum work post-graduation (continuous or broken)
- At least two professional referees and be able to provide their details
- Full Australian working rights

Remuneration: up to $85.00 per hour (incl superannuation) dependent on background and experience.
