AddressWe have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Practice Manager with a medical/healthcare background and exposure to managing clinical requirements and operations.
You will oversee our St Kilda Road and Camberwell locations whilst managing the day-to-day operations of each clinic including both the Administrative & Clinical Teams.
As the Practice Manager, you will deliver optimal business outcomes, drive accountability across the teams and ensure the Practices are compliant with the organisation’s Quality Management System, and regulatory/legal requirements.
About You:
In this role you will develop and nurture key relationships, with the doctors, referrers, corporate partners and with the broader team at Vision Eye Institute/ Vision Hospital Group.
You will oversee the daily operations of both clinics whilst driving successful outcomes.
You have extensive experience in leading teams along with highly regarded business acumen. A growth mindset is essential to ensure best in class service is provided to our patients and visitors and exceptional service is delivered to our doctors, referring practitioners and other key stakeholders.
Reporting to the General Manager, the role is supported by a suite of centralised corporate support functions including Marketing, Finance, Quality & Risk and People & Culture.
What you must have to apply for this role:
- 5 years + previous experience in a similar role in a healthcare setting
- Experience in managing multiple clinics *highly regarded
- Experience in leading a multi-disciplinary team.
- Substantial experience in managing P&L and budgets
- Experience managing a Consulting Clinic will be highly regarded.
- Exceptional communication and relationship building skills.
- Demonstrated commercial acumen in health / medical services.
- Familiar with Quality, Safety and Risk management & certification to ISO 9001.
