This role is part of a team responsible for performing, maintaining, and enhancing key treasury policies, procedures, and controls within CGA, including cash management, payments, and reconciliations.
The Role
We are currently looking for an experienced Treasury Analyst to join our friendly, busy Finance team. This position reports to the National Manager - Credit & Treasury and Treasury Supervisor at our modern Perth Head Office. Treasury is responsible for the reconciliation of Compass Group's bank accounts as well as a reconciliation of inflows that are received from approximately 700 cash sites. This position has become vacant due to the promotion of the incumbent.
- Daily journals
- Reconciliation of bank statements
- Cash-in-Transit reconciliation
- Organising weekly security banking pick-up & drop-off
- Month ends close off.
- Monthly general ledger reconciliations
Experience, Qualifications, and Competency Requirements
- 3+ years of relevant experience in Treasury, Finance Operations or Credit Control
- Microsoft Excel Intermediate
- Strong attention to detail
- Problem-solving skills, with an ability to understand end-to-end processes.
- Proactive, hardworking attitude and a high level of accountability
- Good written and oral communication skills
- Experience with Oracle (desirable)
