My Client is a leading Professional services company based in Mascot.
Their commitment to excellence and innovation has positioned them as a market leader, and they continue to set new standards in the industry. They are seeking a technically strong Treasury Officer to join their team on a permanent basis.
The role:
Reporting to the Finance Manager, your main responsibilities will include but no be limited to:
- Complete cashflow management and reporting across all entities - Daily, monthly and rolling;
- Update Cashflow and perform bank/balance sheet reconciliations, with intercompany transfers;
- Banking and credit card management;
- Plan, coordinate and execute payments from all areas of the business - general suppliers communication and remittance;
- Complete Profit and Loss statement with basic accruals, Prepayments and Inventory movement/reconciliation;
- Processing customer deposits and withdrawals via card payments and bank transfers;
- Performing periodic payment and bank account reconciliations; and
- Supplier liaising and resolving supplier and customers queries as required.
The ideal Candidate:
- Previous experience in a similar type Accounting role, ideally with Treasury;
- Must be able to demonstrate clear attention to detail, an inquisitive mindset and dedication to high quality work;
- Must be a confident in communicating to clients as well as internal stakeholders;
- Enthusiastic and eager to learn new processes and systems;
- Well-organised and proactive with good time management, and able to work in a dynamic organisation; and
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills.
