About the Role:
We are on the hunt for a Treasury Officer. As a vital member of our Finance team, this role ensures the accuracy and prompt processing of external fund transfers (disbursements, refunds, referral commissions), internal commission payments (BDMs and Sales Reps), and merchant payment allocations. - Responsible for effective disbursement and reconciliation of funding to clients,
- Set up of loan facility payment schedules for customers
- Weekly and monthly commission preparation and reconciliations
- Weekly and monthly commission disbursement
- Management and allocation of all manual loan repayments
- Liaise with relevant in-house reps to ensure all commission payments are accurate and paid in a timely manner
- Preparation of key daily/weekly/monthly reconciliations regarding loan repayments in a timely manner
What We're Looking For:
- You have a genuine interest in problem-solving and are methodical in your approach with good communication skills
- Moderate to Advanced Excel skills are required
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and deliver under pressure
- Clear, concise communication style (Fluency in English is essential)
- Ability to context switch while maintaining a high level of attention to detail
