The Opportunity
This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to be part of an organisation dedicated to nation-building renewable energy projects that will provide on-demand energy and large-scale storage for many generations to come.
In your new role, you will be responsible for the daily cash flow activities and liquidity of the group preparation and submission of external debt facility and inter-entity funding notices, all Treasury operations activities and settlement processes ensuring all tasks are carried out in an efficient and accurate manner, meeting all cut-off times and deadlines, whilst maintaining a high level of service to internal and external stakeholders.
In addition you will also be responsible for administering the full lifecycle of guarantees, including issuance, acceptance, and release and be responsible for administering compliance reporting requirements under financing documentation for debt transactions.
About you
- Experienced in managing daily cash flow and short-term liquidity for a large organisation
- Experienced with managing competing priorities and time to ensure deadlines are met and high level of service.
- Minimum +2 years’ experience in a Treasury Operations role
- Proven communication and interpersonal skills, ability to engage and build trust and credibility in stakeholder management.
- Understanding of financial instruments and settlement processes.
- Experience in payment protocols and using payment systems including Austraclear Settlements preferred.
- Experience or knowledge in Compliance or regulatory reporting would be highly regarded.
- Advanced Excel skills.
