About the role
As a Treatment Coordinator your role will be focused on:
- Providing excellent patient care throughout the patient's journey.
- Serving as the main coordinator of communication and information for patients associated with your assigned Provider(s).
- Managing the booking and scheduling of appointments.
- Managing patient accounts, including handling deposits, ensuring payment on the day of treatment, and handling debtors.
- Maintaining and updating surgical boards daily, at least one day in advance, for all surgery and sedation patients.
- Ensuring that patient records and correspondence are regularly updated and accurately maintained. Making corrections to recorded information when necessary.
- Managing pre-operative correspondence for surgery and sedation patients.
- Providing reports on treatment-related information for patients as required.
- Facilitating smooth handover with clinical staff (providers and nurses), sharing updates, changes, and delays in daily patient cases.
- Acting as a liaison with third parties such as laboratories and referring practices.
Please not that this role will require travel between Aria Dental clinics - whilst your home base will be the North Perth clinic you will be required to travel to the Perth CBD clinic and Maddington clinic as needed.

You are a highly motivated individual who is just as comfortable working independently or as part of a team. Your time management skills are extraordinary, and you have an exceptional eye for detail.

Experience Required:
- Dental Certificate III or Medical Reception/Administration course completion
- Minimum 2 years dental reception / Treatment Coordinator experience
- Sales training desirable
- Proficient in D4W and Microsoft Office suite
