About Your Role
Access Telehealth is Australia’s leading Telehealth provider. Our fast-growing business is designed to connect people and improve health outcomes. Our Access Aged Care business has been established to connect aged care residents with quality healthcare outcomes.
This administration-based nursing role will allow you to combine your extensive nursing and administration experience to manage and triage requests from aged care facilities. You will be working closely with field-based nurses, GPs, and specialists alongside our operations team in our head office. This role is a WFH, part-time opportunity, 9 to 5 pm on Saturdays, reporting to the Administration Manager.

Key Responsibilities:
- Work with operations and the broader management team to establish primary care practices ensuring all requests via email, chat, and phone are analysed and managed
- Assist with day-to-day operations of the practice, including appointment scheduling, billing procedures, and record-keeping
- Improve patient care through evaluating requests and arranging patient services via our telehealth platform
Essential Skills and Experience
- Bachelor or Diploma of Nursing
- 5 years of experience in Nursing preferred
- Experience in nursing homes or aged care is desirable
- Sound knowledge of compliance and regulatory requirements
- Sound knowledge of Excel, Word and Outlook
