Job DescriptionAbout the role
Stabilised Pavements of Australia is seeking to employ skilled HC/MC operators into our business based out of Perth. Reporting to the Resources Coordinator, you will be responsible for driving and maintaining HC/MC licenced vehicles, ensuring safety compliance at all times and maintaining a clean driving record. Interviews will be held ASAP.
Duties
- Operating heavy vehicle trucks
- Manual handling duties where required
- Loading goods onto truck, restraining goods
- Undertaking basic truck inspections and maintenance.
- Maintain records (such as log books)
Skills & experience
- HC Licence essential – MC preferred, with float and/or pressure tanker experience
- A focus on maintaining a safe and productive work environment.
- Be able to demonstrate suitable experience in plant operation.
- Be prepared to travel throughout WA (and possibly interstate)
- Experience on a variety of road construction plant and civil construction sites will be a distinct advantage - nationally recognised tickets even better!
- Able to undertake pre-employment medical and DAS
- Understanding of WA Fatigue Management
