Our client is known as a successful recognised Real Estate currently looking for an experienced Trust Accountant to join their driven team in North Brisbane. This is a great opportunity for whom desire to work alongside with dedicated team in a reputable corporation to gain knowledge and skills.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and maintain daily Sales and Property Management accounts transactions, including accounts receivable, payables, and reconciling creditor statements.
Processing sales settlement and advertising invoices.
Assist property managers in setting up client profiles and charging related fees in our property system.
Prepare and complete mid-month and end-of-month payout and disburse funds including creditor payments.
Process journals and vacating adjustments.
Tenant & landlord budgets and reconciliations.
Manage administration tasks.
Qualification, Skills and Experience
Minimum 2 years’ experience in a Real Estate Trust Accounting role or similar role.
Experience with Xero and Cirrus8 is highly regarded.
Excellent ultilise in Google Suite.
Time- management is a must and the ability to quickly interpret instruction.
Meticulous attention to detail.
Proficient written and verbal communication skills.
