We are seeking someone to join our integral administration team, where you will be valued and supported.
A snapshot of the role:
- Managing trust account including receipting, payments and reconciliation
- Commission calculations including preparing settlement reconciliation documents and tax invoices
- Preparing and processing sale contracts with accuracy
- Liaising with vendors, purchasers, brokers & conveyancers
- Database management including entry integrity as well as contact, calendar and task management
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- The ability to multi-task with attention to detail
- Able to work at a reasonable pace and be a team player
- Previous experience in Real Estate, trust accounting or QLD conveyancing (preferable)
- A Real Estate certificate of registration or licence (or be willing to obtain one)
