The responsibilities include managing Trust Accounting for a diverse Commercial Portfolio.
The Responsibilities
- Day-to-Day Management of Trust Accounts - Oversight of trust account activities on a daily basis.
- Bank Statement Downloading - Execution of the process of downloading bank statements.
- Rent Receipting - Application of receipts to rental transactions.
- Trust Account Reconciliation- Regular reconciliation of trust accounts.
- Daily Banking - Handling daily banking transactions.
- Disbursements and Query Resolution - Managing disbursements and addressing payment and account inquiries.
- Trust Accountant Experience - Proven track record in the role of Trust Accountant. (Commercial experience is preferred, but we will consider applicants from a Residential background)
- Cirrus8 Knowledge - Familiarity with the Cirrus 8 is advantageous.
- Certificate of Registration - Hold a valid Certificate of Registration.
- Communication Skills - Exceptional communication skills.
