AddressOur client is a well-known national Law firm based in Melbourne CBD, they are seeking a experienced Trust Accounts Officer to join their high performing Finance team on a permanent basis.
Key responsibilities:
- Generating Month end reports
- Process credit card payments and staff reimbursements
- Daily payments of creditor disbursements and payment of general suppliers
- Handling of the accounts inbox for queries and resolution
- Reconciliation of payment entries and supplier statements
- Allocation of daily receipts and reconciliation in the system
- Review and processing of fully approved claims
- Setting up profiles and management of users
- Trust receipts and payments including Trust to office and Office to Trust
- Handling of dormant balances and unallocated receipts
- Set up, maintain investment accounts and controlled monies accounts
- Reconciliations and month end reporting of CMA accounts
What we are looking for:
- Previos experience with Trust accounting - Essential
- Previous experience working in a legal firm - Essential
- Excellent communication skills.
- Problem Solving ability.
- High level of accuracy.
