Due to winning new projects KAEFER Integrated Services are currently looking for a Turnaround Lead for a project in Geelong, Victoria.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of turnaround projects, ensuring adherence to safety, quality, and budgetary standards.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and timelines.
• Develop comprehensive turnaround strategies, including resource planning, scheduling, and risk management.
• Conduct regular assessments of project progress, identifying and addressing potential issues to ensure on-time completion.
• Implement and enforce safety protocols and industry best practices throughout the turnaround process.
• Foster effective communication and collaboration among team members and stakeholders.
• Analyze and optimize turnaround processes for increased efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
• Provide leadership and guidance to turnaround teams, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.
• Assist in recruiting and mobilising turnaround teams successfully.
About You
• Demonstrated experience in a Shutdown/Turnaround lead role.
• Strong understanding of project management, safety protocols and industry regulations.
• Strong communication skills and comfortable able to liaise with internal and external stakeholders.
• Highly driven and organised individual
• Natural passion for leadership and ability to motivate and drive your team.
• Intermediate to advanced computer and data base skills including MS Office Suite.
