Tyre Fitter / Wheel Aligner

Bridgestone Service Centre Burpengary is looking for a motivated and experienced Tyre Fitter/Wheel Aligner to join our friendly team.

Located in the centre of Burpengary, we are a busy workshop specialising in passenger, 4WD and truck tyres as well as providing full mechanical servicing.

In this role you will be responsible for:

• Removing and replacing tyres
• Diagnosing tyre damage & wear
• Diagnosing wheel balance problems and balancing wheels
• Wheel alignments
• Puncture repairs
• Assisting with stocktake
• Keeping the workshop tidy

The successful applicant will have:

• Recent industry knowledge and experience in the automotive industry.
• Previous experience in tyre fitting.
• Previous experience with truck, trailers and heavy vehicles would be an advantage.
• A current Australian drivers licence.
• A strong customer focus.
• A positive attitude and an ability to work in a team environment.
• A willingness to update skills through continual education and development.
• Adhering to company safety procedures and manufacturers specifications.
• Ability to wheel align would be an advantage but not necessary.
• Be reliable, enthusiastic and possess good communication skills
