Responsibilities
- Monitoring fleet tire performance, including identifying damage and wear issues.
- Assessing, diagnosing, and delivering accurate recommendations or solutions to customers.
- Troubleshooting various problems such as wheel balancing issues, tire, wheel, and rim damage, and wear.
- Conducting rotations, pressure checks, balancing, and puncture repairs.
- Delivering exceptional customer service and upholding a professional demeanour.
- Adhering strictly to all company and industry standards, policies, and procedures.
- Assisting in the completion of any necessary documentation.
- Ensuring a clean and organized work area is maintained at all times.
Requirements
- Certificate II in Automotive Mechanical Tyre Fitting (Heavy)
- Minimum of 1 year experience in OTR tire fitting
- Valid Driver's License
- Valid WorkSafe Forklift License
- Capability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong emphasis on safety
- Outstanding communication and customer service aptitude
