About the roleWest Ward at Wantirna Health is a newly created 20 bed subacute service, specialising in the care of patients with complex and continuing care needs.We are looking for an experienced and dynamic nurse with leadership and management experience, who would be interested in a secondment opportunity as a
Nurse Manager. In this role you will recruit, establish and lead the team through this exciting time as this new service is established. Partnering with a professional, multidisciplinary team you will work collaboratively to provide exceptional care for patients. About youAs a Registered Nurse, your skills and experience will include:
- Current, condition-free registration with AHPRA
- Previous experience in a leadership role
- Highly developed communication and interpersonal skills
- Desirable - Post graduate qualifications in healthcare management or working towards
