Complaints Officer

There are various positions available.AS THESE ARE FEDERAL GOVERNMENT ROLES - ONLY AUSTRALIAN CITIZENS ARE ELIGIBLE TO APPLY.As an APS5/APS6 Complaints Officer you will be liaising with both internal and external stakeholders to resolve moderately complex cases.Responsibilities:

• Resolving complaints at first point of contact
• Assessing, recording and investigating enquiries
• Contacting stakeholders to gather more information to support an argument
• Escalating complaints to the relevant SME
• Ensuring thorough record keeping and notes

Key Skills:

• Strong communication skills
• Time management
• Ability to work within a team
• Ability to work across multiple systems

Qualifications and Experience:

• Experience in a complaints or contact centre position
• Government experience (highly desirable)
• Experience in the disability sector (highly desirable)
• Working a MP Office, Parl Min Branch within Government
