AddressUBX Milton has been in operation for 8 years and is currently looking for a new Coach to join the team. The team comprises a Manager and 2 additional coaches with a combination of Boxing and Functional strength experience in a Group Fitness environment. You will be an essential part of the overall success of this exciting fitness venture. This opportunity will be based at one of our most established clubs in Brisbane. This club is owned and run by UBX co-founder Tim West.

This is a casual position, with responsibilities including but not limited to:
Responsibilities:
- Deliver superior training experience to members while building amazing relationships
- Support the team to drive and manage the day-to-day operations of the facility where member appreciation is the focus and results are achieved.
- Support the other coaches with your experience and professional attitude
- Develop sales strategies in order to increase memberships via lead generation, brand promotion, social media networks and outreach activities.
- Participate in team meetings and training opportunities..

What We Are Looking For:
Ideally, we would expect to receive applications from self-starters with prior experience in Group Fitness training and sales, although prior experience in boxing training would be preferred it is not a prerequisite for this application. Someone who has high personal standards and understands that member satisfaction equals business success
Your talents will include:
- Your fitness experience will vary between boxing and/or functional strength training in a Group Fitness environment
- Effective command over communication skills both written and verbal when dealing with members and internal stakeholders.
- Your energetic persona and positive attitude will flourish while working in this fast-paced, highly diverse team environment.
Minimum Applicant Criteria:
- Possess Cert III and IV in Fitness.
- Current First Aid certificate.
- Current Blue Card certificates.
- Pad holding certification (can be arranged after if you can demonstrate the required skills)
