We’re looking for an outgoing fitness professional who is engaging and customer service focused. Our coaches are the face of our business and are integral to driving our AMAZING member experience!
From making our members “feel at home” the moment they step in our studios, to motivating, inspiring and guiding them through our 50-minute workouts, to playing an active role in retaining and growing our membership base.
BFT coaches use their knowledge, skills and abilities to teach safe and effective exercise at all times and will use their INCREDIBLE personalities to make BFT Everton Park the BEST TRAINING EXPERIENCE anywhere!
Our studio, along with the BFT network offers opportunities for upskilling and training. We seek to reward the efforts of the whole team with bonuses for membership growth! The position also includes uniforms and access to discounts with our brand partners.
DO YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE?
- Passion for the health and fitness industry
- Certificate 3 & 4 in Fitness
- Fitness Australia Registration
- First aid and CPR
- Blue card
- Previous experience in group training is highly desirable.
- Exceptional customer service & team player!
