Education & Learning Coordinator (Nursing) – Undergraduate Nurse Program Coordinator Permanent Part-time 64 hours a fortnightThe Undergraduate Nurse Coordinator provides expert coordination and planning of clinical placements for nursing students across Western Health while leading a small team of nurse educators and administrators. We seek an experienced registered nurse passionate about education, coordination, and leadership to join the team.To be successful in this role, you'll need to have a minimum of 5 years of clinical experience, excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, hold or working towards a master's level postgraduate qualification with an emphasis on education and training, and possess knowledge of relevant legislation, policies and human resources procedures.You will have advanced clinical knowledge, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to engage with various internal and external stakeholders. You will need to be able to expertly provide clinical guidance and advice to staff and preceptors in the management of student concerns and will be the primary contact for education providers.
