With over 110 personnel currently on site, PIMS Group are now seeking motivated individuals with Underground Coal Experience to contribute to the success of this operation for a range of works. Key Responsibilities
- Currently hold a First or Second-Class Certificate of Competency or Mutual Recognition;
- Ability to comply with the Safety Health Management System, Coal Mining Legislation and all relevant statutory requirements;
- Posses a strong work ethic with a great attendance record;
- Comply with site procedures, instructions, and equipment specifications and limitations to ensure effective and safe use of equipment;
- Have the ability to define and communicate performance goals and provide regular and objective feedback on performance;
- Have a strong leadership ability and be able to problem solve complex situations as they arise;
- Demonstrated Underground Coal experience in a similar role.
- Minimum 2 years Underground Coal Experience within a production panel;
- NSW Certificate of Competency;
- Strong commitment to safety protocols and procedures;
- Ability to work effectively within a team and in challenging underground environments;
- Excellent problem solving skills and a proactive approach to each day on shift.
