Role: Unified Communications Engineer / Site Engineer

• Hands-on experience in operation and management of Unified Communications and Networks.
• Operational experience and troubleshooting skills with large UC deployments.
• Experience with the Cisco UC Suite, including CUCM, TMS, Immersive and Webex Room hardware.
• Understanding and experience with Cisco Webex Control Hub
• Experience with MS Teams Meetings and telephony solutions, MS Teams Rooms and Surface Hubs, as well as integration with Exchange/Office 365 Unified Messaging.
• Experience with online conferencing platforms such as Webex, Zoom, BlueJeans.
• Cisco Networking experience.
• Cisco Call manager/Unified Communications experience.
• Understanding of TCP/IP.
• Understanding of basic LAN switching/config/changes.
• Understanding and experience/interacting with MS Active Directory
• Understanding and experience with ticketing systems and process such as ServiceNow
