Adelaide Venue Management Corporation (AVM) operates three of Adelaide’s most iconic and commercially successful event venues - the Adelaide Convention Centre (ACC), Adelaide Entertainment Centre (AEC) and Coopers Stadium (CS).
The Role
An exciting opportunity exists for a highly organised individual to join the Uniform team on a Casual basis as a Uniform Store Attendant, working across all three (3) AVM sites.
Key Responsibilities
The purpose of this role is to assist in the day-to-day operation of the uniform store which will include, but is not limited to:
- Preparation of staff uniforms for all AVM sites - including moving stock between venues
- Staff fittings
- Stock control
- Maintenance of uniform items and
- Scheduling uniform dry cleaning as required.
About you
To be successful in this role you will require:
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- The ability to work under pressure and adhere to tight timeframes
- A can-do attitude and team focused approach
- Strong customer services and computer skills (for both internal and external customers)
- Ability to work both autonomously and as part of a team
- Sound stock and records management experience
- Ability to physically move large amounts of stock between venues
- Sewing experience preferred
- Exceptional attention to detail; and
- The ability to work outside of normal business hours where required.
