Manage a team of Case Managers, Service Co-ordinators, and an Accounts Officer
There is a lot going on in the Aged Care sector at the moment, and due to an increase in demand, this Local Council has made a commitment to its ageing community to continue to provide high quality In Home Care Services
A position now exists for an experienced manager of Home Care Packages Case Managers to join the Ageing Well Team
As the business builds your responsibilities will include:
- Direct management of a team of 8
- Ensure consistent delivery of high quality care and services across Home Care Packages and CHSP
- Establish systems and processes for the delivery of Home Care Packages
- Develop and implement policies and procedures
- Maintain clinical oversight and expert advice and guidance to Case Managers and other staff on clinical care matters
To be considered for this position you will have:
- Tertiary qualifications in allied health, management/leadership
- Proven experience in developing and driving clinical and operational strategies
- Extensive knowledge of CHSP and HCP programs
- Current Victorian Drivers Licence
- National Police Check
- Working with Childrens Check
