Responsibilities will include:
- Purchasing stock, pricing trades and wholesale
- Presentation and pricing of trading stock
- Ensuring KPIs and Sales targets are achieved
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Identifying new business opportunities
- Recruitment and performance management of staff, ensuring a high-performing culture is fostered
- Preparing weekly management reports
Our ideal candidate will possess the following:
- Previous experience within the automotive sales industry
- Very good phone and computer skills
- Ability to communicate effectively and provide a high level of customer service
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Exceptional time management
