We're seeking an individual to manage our Used Car department and be highly motivated & enthusiastic with a "can do" attitude.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Planning, directing, monitoring, and controlling all activities in the Used Vehicle Sales Department.
- Achieving Sales and Gross Profit objectives for the Department.
- Work closely with the Dealer Principal and group used car manager.
- Monitoring inventory and working closely with the group used car manager and Dealer Principle to ensure that the vehicle mix meets the requirements of Customers.
- Displaying pre owned vehicle stock to its best advantage and ensuring the the cars are in perfect condition.
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
- A sound understanding of Sales processes and the ability to meet and exceed targets.
- Exceptional interpersonal and Customer service skills.
- Sound understanding of Carsales vehicle presentation and pricing dynamics.
- Professional presentation.
- Full Drivers Licence.
- Automotive experience will be essential.
- Ability to work Autonomously
