User Researcher

User Researcher - Baseline Clearance Mandate - (Remote)  SYDNEY / MELBOURNE / PERTH / BRISBANE / ADELAIDE - 6-12 MONTH CONTRACT - up to 800-850 per day 

•  Plan, Lead and oversee user research activities, including planning, conducting, and analyzing qualitative and quantitative research studies to uncover user behaviors, needs, motivations, and pain points.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including designers, product managers, and developers, to ensure research objectives align with project goals and inform the design and development of user-centered solutions.
• Define research strategies, methodologies, and frameworks tailored to specific project needs, utilizing a range of techniques such as interviews, surveys, usability testing, and ethnographic studies.
• Synthesize and analyze research findings, translating them into actionable insights and recommendations that drive informed design decisions and business outcomes.
• Create comprehensive research deliverables, including personas, journey maps, and user profiles, to effectively communicate research insights and foster empathy within the team and with stakeholders.

Mandatory skills: Experience in User research, with a strong focus on government projects or larger organizations.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in user research, experience in government projects or larger organizations, and a proven ability to deliver valuable insights.
