We are looking for a motivated and newly registered Pharmacist to join our team. You will be responsible for helping to manage our medication packing operation. You will be well supported with a fun and dynamic team who are all passionate about healthcare. You will be working with exceptional techs who are very experienced in the management of medication packing, group homes and nursing homes.
Responsibilities:
- Dispense medications and provide advice on drug interactions and side effects
- Ensure that patients receive the correct medication and dosage
- Manage inventory and maintain accurate records
- Provide excellent customer service
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient care
- Stay up-to-date with new medications and developments in the pharmaceutical industry
- Provide guidance and support to pharmacy technicians and other staff members
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or a related field
- Active Pharmacist license
- Strong knowledge of medications and their uses
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
