Your new role
As the UX Designer, you’ll play a crucial role in creating seamless and delightful user experiences across digital platforms.
Responsibilities include, but not limited to:
Conduct user research to understand needs, pain points, and behaviours.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business goals.
Test and iterate on designs based on user feedback.
Optimise user flows, interactions, and information architecture.
Champion usability best practices and accessibility standards.
Work closely with UI designers to translate wireframes into visually appealing interfaces.
Maintain consistency in design elements and patterns.
Keep up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and design methodologies.
What you'll need to succeed
- Proven track record as a UX Designer or similar role
- Proficiency in design tools, interface prototyping, design and development (Figma or similar)
- Experience in agile development practices, user research, user-centred design methodologies, information architecture and usability testing
- Ability to drive digital transformation through well-developed change management skills
- Problem-solving mindset, analytical thinking and strong communication skills are essential.
