Your Team
This role will sit within the UX Design team and work alongside peers in Product Management, Technology, Design and Data to lead our Direct Customer Digital Channels. This role will support the entire CFS business and its customers and stakeholders to transform and grow the CFS business.
Your Responsibilities
- Collaborate with product owners and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and user needs.
- Assist in the creation of user personas, user journeys, and other UX documentation to inform the design process.
- Develop wireframes, prototypes, and visual design concepts that effectively communicate the user experience.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback and iterate on designs.
- Work closely with development teams to ensure seamless implementation of designs.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in UX design to contribute fresh ideas and approaches.
- Participate in design critiques and actively seek feedback to enhance design skills.
Your Capability and Experience
- Strong portfolio showcasing UX design projects and process.
- Proficiency in Figma preferred.
- Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and other front-end technologies.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to adapt to evolving project requirements and priorities.
- Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.
