Reporting to the Manawatu/Taranaki Region Manager in our Operations team, your role is to inspect sites and prepare site and floor plans. You will also research sales and other market information, and as you become more experienced, you will be able to provide residential valuations.

ABOUT YOU
What you’re responsible for
- Conduct property site inspections, identify new works and materials, and ensure constructions match the plans.
- Update field records, data accurately, and take necessary photographs of properties.
- Perform additional inspections, assist as required, and monitor regulatory compliance.
- Identify concerns and escalate them appropriately.
Your skills & experience
- Demonstrable administrative skills, keen attention to detail, and computer proficiency in MS Office and databases.
- Strong in time management, customer service, and conflict resolution, with a need for local travel.
- Ability to work collaboratively and independently, with a preference for candidates having knowledge of building materials.
- Passionate about the property industry with a focus on administration, support, and customer service excellence.
